Wake Forest Headed to Tulsa
• For the second-straight season and for the fourth time in program history, Wake Forest has reached the NCAA Championships. This year, the event will take place at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Okla.
• The Demon Deacons will take on No. 11 Oklahoma in the round of 16 on Friday at 8 p.m. ET. The quarterfinals will take place on Sunday, the semifinals are set for Monday and the championship will be on Tuesday. Should the Deacons continue to advance, all of their matches after Friday will start at 5 p.m. ET.

Last Time Out
• Last week, the Deacs hosted an NCAA Tournament regional for the second season in a row and defeated Coastal Carolina, 4-0, and Michigan, 4-2, to extend their season.
• Wake Forest is now 6-0 all-time in NCAA Tournament matches in Winston-Salem.

Making History
• The Demon Deacons won their first-ever ACC Tournament title, upending top-seeded and top-ranked Virginia, 4-3, in the championship match in Cary, N.C. in April.
• Before defeating the Cavaliers, Wake Forest topped Notre Dame and Virginia Tech by scores of 4-3 and 4-2, respectively.
Dennis Uspensky was named the tournament MVP after going 3-0 in both singles and doubles. His wins at No. 6 singles clinched the victories against the Hokies and Cavaliers.

Other 2016 Highlights
• Wake Forest set school records with 31 wins overall and 10 wins in the ACC. The Deacs' second-place conference finish in the regular season was their best since 1981.
• The Demon Deacons are 6-2 against teams ranked sixth or higher. Entering the season, they had five wins over top-10 opponents since 2000.
• Among the Deacs' notable regular-season wins were victories over top-ranked North Carolina and No. 2 Oklahoma. The two victories were the highest-ranked wins ever for the team. Both triumphs came on the road.
• Wake Forest qualified for its first-ever ITA National Team Indoor Championships tournament. The Deacons went 2-1 at the event in Charlottesville, defeating both Oklahoma and USC, the tournament's finalists in 2015.

100-Win Club
• Seniors Jon Ho and Romain Bogaerts became the sixth and seventh players in program history, respectively, to reach 100-career wins in singles.
• Ho reached the milestone on March 20 against Clemson, while Bogaerts reached the plateau on Senior Day against Duke, clinching the victory for the Deacs.
• Fifth-year Demon Deacon head coach Tony Bresky won his 100th match at Wake Forest in the ACC quarterfinals against Notre Dame now has a 104-51 record at the school. Bresky's first recruiting class, this year's senior class, is the winningest in school history at 90-36.

Deacs in the Top 10
• After a strong start to the season, the Deacons moved into the top 10 of the national rankings for the first time since 2007. Their No. 5 ranking held the weeks of Feb. 17 and Feb. 23 was the highest in program history. They are currently ranked sixth.
• Wake Forest began the season with its highest preseason ranking in program history at No. 11 after making its third trip to the NCAA round of 16 last season.

Deacs at the Davis Cup
• Demon Deacon freshman Petros Chrysochos and sophomore Skander Mansouri both competed for their respective countries at the Davis Cup in mid-March. The duo missed the team's matches against Georgia Tech, NC State and Tennessee Tech.
• Representing Cyprus, Chrysochos went 4-0 in singles to help his country advance from Europe Zone Group III to Europe Zone Group II.
• Mansouri dropped his lone match for Tunisia, a five-set doubles contest alongside Malek Jaziri against the Bosnian duo of Mirza Basic and Tomislav Brkic.
