The Matchup
• Wake Forest is set to take on another top-25 foe for the third-straight game, traveling to No. 17 Duke on Thursday night on ACC Network Extra.
Last Time Out
• Five of the six shots on goal for No. 6 Virginia found the back of the net as the Cavaliers earned a 5-1 victory.
• Hulda Arnarsdottir scored a goal for the Demon Deacons off a corner kick from Oliwia Wos. The goal was Arnarsdottir's second since returning from injury.

• The Demon Deacons debuted at No. 15 in the NCAA RPI on Sept. 17. The Deacs also started the season in the No. 15 spot in 2017. Wake Forest remains in the top 20 of the RPI this week.

Scouting The Blue Devils
• Duke jumped out to an 8-1-1 start to the season, but is winless the last two games with a 2-1 loss to Virginia and 1-1 draw against NC State.
• Kayla McCoy leads the Blue Devils in goals (five) and points (15), ranking second with five assists. Taylor Racioppi is tied for the team lead with five goals.
• Brooke Heinsohn has started every game in goal, recording a 0.57 goals-against average and .833 save percentage.
• Duke is 1-1-2 against ranked teams and 8-1-0 against unranked opponents.

• Duke holds a 16-9-4 advantage in the all-time series. Duke has won back-to-back games in 2016 and 2014. Neither team has had a winning streak of more than two games since Duke won eight in a row from 1999-2005.
