Day with the Deacs on Nov. 2

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Before attending the Nov. 2 football game vs. NC State, fans are invited to take part in Day with the Deacs at LJVM Coliseum. The free event will allow fans to watch part of a men's basketball practice and meet student-athletes from several Demon Deacon programs.
Doors open at the LJVM Coliseum at 9:15 a.m., as fans will be able to watch the men's basketball team conclude its practice. Following the end of practice, the team will be introduced and fans will be able to meet the team.
In addition, members of the women's basketball, cross country/track & field, field hockey and men's tennis programs will be in attendance to meet fans.
"We hope that fans will begin their gameday with this opportunity to get their first look at our team as we approach the start of our season," said head coach Danny Manning. "It is a great opportunity to meet not only our student-athletes, but other student-athletes from other Wake Forest programs. We are excited to share our Saturday morning with Demon Deacon fans before we all support the football team at noon."
