DEACS OPEN MARCH BY HOSTING SYRACUSE
• Wake Forest concludes a two-game homestand by hosting Syracuse
• It is the only regular season meeting between the schools this season

SERIES HISTORY
• Syracuse leads 7-1 (Syracuse leads 2-1 at the LJVM Coliseum)
• The Orange won two of the three meetings last season, winning an ACC Tournament first round matchup in Brooklyn after the teams each won at home in the regular season
• In the last meeting at the LJVM Coliseum, the Deacs won 73-67 for their first win over the Orange

LAST TIME OUT
• Wake Forest rallied for a 76-75 victory over Miami on Tuesday at the LJVM Coliseum
• The Deacs, who trailed by as many as 14 points and trailed 70-60 with 1:59 to play, won for the first time in program history when trailing by double digits in the final two minutes of a game
Chaundee Brown had 21 points and a career-high 14 rebounds for his first career double-double
Brandon Childress scored 21 points (18 in the second half), including the go-ahead 3-pointer with 25.2 seconds remaining to complete the comeback

• In ACC play, Wake Forest leads the conference in offensive rebounds (14.33 per game) and offensive rebounding percentage (35.3)
• The Demon Deacons have had at least 10 offensive rebounds in 22 of 27 games this season, including 14 of 15 ACC games
• The Deacs are averaging 12.8 second chance points per game in ACC play
• Wake Forest has 215 offensive rebounds in ACC games this season, its most in conference play since having 237 offensive rebounds in 2009-10 (16 league games)

HOARD'S ROOKIE SEASON
Jaylen Hoard has scored in double figures in 21 games this season, T-7th most by a Wake Forest freshman
• He scored in double figures in each of the first nine games of the season, the third longest streak by a Deacon to start a career (Rodney Rogers - 11, Alvis Rogers - 10)
• He is on pace to become just the sixth Deacon freshman with 400 points and 200 rebounds (Dickie Hemric, Rodney Rogers, James Johnson, Al-Farouq Aminu, Travis McKie)

LONG RANGE BRANDON
Brandon Childress has made 67 3-pointers this season, more than his first two seasons combined (66 triples)
• Over the last 13 seasons, the only Deacon with more threes in a season was Coron Williams with 71 triples in 2013-14
• He has made at least three 3-pointers in 15 games this season, including eight ACC games
• His seven 3-pointers at Georgia Tech on Jan. 5 are tied for seventh most in a single game in Wake Forest history
