The Matchup
• The 15th-seeded Wake Forest women's basketball team begins its 2019 ACC Tournament run on Wednesday, March 6, against the No. 10 seed, Virginia Tech.
• Tipoff is set for 3:30 p.m. inside the Greensboro Coliseum and will be broadcast on the ACC RSN.

• It'll be an immediate rematch for the Deacs who fell to Virginia Tech, 69-57, in the regular season finale on Sunday.

• Ona Udoh is fourth in the league in field goal percentage and eighth in rebounding, shooting 59.2 percent from the field and bringing in 7.8 rebounds per game. She is fifth in offensive rebounds per game (3.2) and sixth in blocked shots per game (1.6).
• Alex Sharp, Ariel Stephenson and Elisa Penna, three of Wake Forest's top-four scorers from a year ago, have all missed considerable time this season. The three have combined to miss a total of 56 games this year due to injury.
