DEACS RETURN HOME TO HOST NATIONALLY RANKED SEMINOLES
• Wake Forest makes its first appearance of 2020 at the LJVM Coliseum as it hosts No. 10 Florida State
• The Deacs are playing the Seminoles when they are ranked in the top 10 for the first time since 1993
• The Demon Deacons are looking for their second ranked win of the season and their first top-10 win since 2017 (defeated No. 8 Louisville in the home finale)

SERIES HISTORY
• Florida State leads 27-25 (Wake leads 16-9 at home, 15-9 at LJVM Coliseum)
• The Seminoles swept both meetings last season, winning 88-66 in Tallahassee and 65-57 at LJVM Coliseum in the regular season finale
• The Deacs' last win in the series came in 2018, a 76-72 win at LJVM Coliseum
• Wake's last win over a ranked Seminole team came in 2009, when the No. 7 Deacs topped No. 25 FSU 86-63 in Winston-Salem

LAST TIME OUT
• Wake Forest opened 2020 with a 69-65 victory at Pitt on Saturday for its first ACC win of the year
• The Deacs rallied from down 16 points (22-6) for their largest comeback win since rallying from down 19 points in a victory over Pitt in 2017
• Wake Forest held the Panthers scoreless over the final 3:07 of the game to seal the win
Ismael Massoud led the Deacs with a career-high 14 points as Wake held a 32-5 edge in bench scoring

RANKED FOES
• The Deacs play their third and fourth ranked opponents of the season this week by hosting No. 10 Florida State and visiting No. 2 Duke
• Wake is 1-1 this season against ranked opponents, falling to No. 14 Arizona in the Wooden Legacy final and topping No. 23 Xavier in the Skip Prosser Classic

BENCH PRODUCTION
• On average, Wake Forest is outscoring opponents 26.8-14.5 this season off the bench
• The Deacs have had 12 double-figure scoring games off the bench this season, led by eight from Olivier Sarr
Ody Oguama, Chaundee Brown, Ismael Massoud and Torry Johnson have also had double-figure scoring games off the bench this season
• Through 13 games last season, the Deacs averaged 18.2 bench points and only had seven double-figure games from substitutes 

ACC-OLADES
• Wake Forest has had two ACC Player of the Week honorees this season, Olivier Sarr (Dec. 2) and Chaundee Brown (Dec. 16)
• Wake joins Duke as the only school to have multiple players earn the honor this season
• It is the first time since 2009-10 that two Deacs have won the award in the same season (Al-Farouq Aminu and Ish Smith)
• Sarr was honored after the Wooden Legacy, when he averaged 17.0 points and a tournament-leading 11.7 rebounds in games against Charleston, Long Beach State and Arizona
• Brown was honored after scoring a career-high 26 points in the win over No. 23 Xavier

GETTING TO THE LINE
• Wake Forest leads the ACC in free throw attempts (24.5 per game) and is second in free throw percentage (75.2 percent)
• The Deacs' free throw rate of 42.3% (FTA/FGA) ranks 10th nationally and is the highest for a Wake Forest team since 2015-16 (43.2)
Olivier Sarr ranks third in the ACC with 72 free throw attempts, already eclipsing his 2018-19 free throw attempt total (61)
• Sarr's 6.0 FTA/game is the highest rate of getting to the line by a Deacon since 2017 when John Collins averaged 6.7 FTA/game
Brandon Childress (56) and Olivier Sarr (56) rank T-2nd in the ACC in free throws made this season
• 24.9 percent of Wake Forest's points this season have come from the line, the fourth highest percentage nationally
