Wake Forest ACC Network Takeover Set For Monday, Aug. 10

ACC Network will air six Wake Forest classics throughout the day including Men’s Basketball’s 1996 ACC Championship victory over Georgia Tech.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest's second ACC Network takeover is set for Monday, Aug. 10, as six Wake Forest classics will be aired starting at 10 a.m. This will conclude a 15-day event with each ACC school taking center stage on the network. 

The takeover will begin with Field Hockey's 2016 ACC Quarterfinals matchup against Syracuse and wrap up with Football's thrilling 30-24 victory over NC State during the 2017 season. 

Wake Forest Athletics social media accounts will provide additional content throughout the takeover. 

Wake Forest Content Schedule

  • 10 a.m. - 2016 Field Hockey vs. Syracuse, ACC Championship Quarterfinals 
  • 12 p.m. - 2019 Football vs. Florida State 
  • 3 p.m. - 2019 Women's Basketball vs. North Carolina 
  • 5 p.m. - 2005 Men's Basketball vs. North Carolina 
  • 7 p.m. - 1996 Men's Basketball vs. Georgia Tech, ACC Championship Game 
  • 9 p.m. - 2017 Football vs. NC State
