
Friedman Selected to Team USA Junior World Cup Roster

Junior Nat Friedman (Team USA) will represent the Deacs at the 2021 Junior World Cup from Dec. 5-16 in Potchefstroom, South Africa.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Wake Forest field hockey will be represented by junior Nat Friedman at the 2021 Junior World Cup from Dec. 5-16 in Potchefstroom, South Africa.
Friedman was selected to Team USA's 18-athlete roster. Friedman and Team USA takes the turf for the first time later that day against Germany.

Friedman has started in all 13 matches this season, dishing out a career-high and team-best seven assists. This mark is also tied for third in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Against James Madison on Sept. 12, the Towson, Md. native found the back of the net for the ninth time of her career. Heading into the weekend, Friedman's nine points rank fourth on the Demon Deacons.
