The Demon Deacons are set to host an open intrasquad scrimmage Saturday at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Wake Forest women's basketball will officially be back on the court in less than a month! Get your first glance at this year's squad on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. inside Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum as the team hosts a free open intrasquad scrimmage.
Prior to Wake Forest's nationally-ranked football team's home game against Duke on Saturday that kicks off at 4:00 p.m. and tailgating inside the DEACTOWN Fan Zone presented by Forsyth County Farm Bureau Insurance, fans are encouraged to come to Joel Coliseum to get their first look at Jen Hoover's 2021-22 team.
The event is free to the public.

Paid day-of-football-game parking is available for $20 inside all LJVM Coliseum lots.

Free entry to the scrimmage beginning at 1:00pm. through the Allegacy Club doors near the Mountain Dew lot.

Fans can sit anywhere in sections 104-109.

Fans are permitted to bring their own food and drinks, excluding alcoholic beverages and glass containers.

In accordance with city and state regulations, masks are required at all times while indoors on the Wake Forest University campus and athletics venues.

Wake Forest Athletics works closely with Wake Forest University, Forsyth County and state officials to follow COVID-related guidelines for the safety of fans in attendance at all venues. While proof of vaccination is not currently required for spectators, we encourage vaccinations for all. We are proud that nearly 100% of Wake Forest Athletics student-athletes, staff and coaches are vaccinated, as required under University and Athletics policy. Currently, all academic buildings are closed to visitors, and masks are required in all indoor spaces. 2021-22 Ticket Information
Traditional full season ticket membership packages are available to support the Wake Forest Women's Basketball program. Full Season Ticket Memberships will be $35 for Adult and $19 for Youth and Senior (Ages 65+).

Jen Hoover and the Deacs return a plethora of key contributors from the 2021 NCAA Tournament Team including ACC All-Freshman Team selection Jewel Spear and veteran forward Christina Morra.
After reaching the ACC Tournament Quarterfinals for the second consecutive season, Wake Forest made history as the Demon Deacons were selected to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 31 years, earning a No. 9 seed in the tournament.
