Wake Forest Women’s Soccer Announces Spring Schedule

The Demon Deacons will play six non-conference matches during the spring including a pair at Spry Stadium.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- After completing nine games during the fall highlighted by a road victory over No. 14 Notre Dame, Wake Forest women's soccer will return to action for six games this spring, beginning with a match at Tennessee on March 6 that will begin at 6 p.m. 

It will mark the sixth all-time meeting between the Demon Deacons and Volunteers and the first since Aug. 23, 2018. 

Wake Forest will remain on the road against NC State on March 20 before making a spring debut at Spry Stadium on March 28 against Elon. The Demon Deacons have won both of their previous meetings against the Phoenix.

The month of April will open with a road contest against Georgia on April 3 followed by a second home date, this time against App State on April 10. 

The regular season will conclude on April 17, as Wake Forest and Louisville will meet for a non-conference showdown in a neutral site match in Johnson City, Tenn. The ACC will not play any league matches in the spring. 

The NCAA College Cup is scheduled for May 13-17 at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, N.C.
