Wake Forest Adds Clark for 2023-24

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest men's basketball program and head coach Steve Forbes have announced the addition of Aaron Clark to the squad beginning in the fall of 2023.
 
"Aaron is a high character person who will be a great addition to Wake Forest University and our basketball program," said head coach Steve Forbes. "Aaron brings positional size, shooting, and playmaking ability to our backcourt. He is a high-level shot maker with a work ethic to match. Aaron comes from a strong family and a top-notch program at Brewster Academy that has prepared him to compete and be successful in the ACC. Aaron has a very bright future and we look forward to him joining our program."

U-19 FIBA World Cup (summer of 2021)
  • Scored 24 points vs. Latvia
  • Scored 24 points vs. Serbia
  • Scored 23 points vs. Mali
  • Averaged 14.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game
  • He ended as the FIBA U19 15th Top Scorer
 
Easton High School
  • Was a key contributor on the Bobcats' varsity team, which won 14 games and qualified for the District XI playoffs
  • Scored 119 points as a freshman
  • Was a varsity starter as a sophomore on a 17-win team that qualified for league, District XI, and PIAA State Playoffs
  • Team won the Easton Rotary Club Holiday Tournament
  • Scored 350 points in his sophomore season with a season high of 26 points
    • Scored 26 points on 8-for-8 shooting from 3-point range in a 75-72 win over eventual Eastern Pennsylvania Conference champion Allen
  • Averaged 14 points per game as a sophomore and made a team-high 45 three-pointers throughout the season
