The Demon Deacons will open the 2023 campaign on Aug. 17, hosting in-state opponent App State at 7 p.m.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C - Seeking the 23rd NCAA Tournament appearance in program history, head coach Tony da Luz and the Wake Forest women's soccer team officially unveiled the Demon Deacons' 2023 schedule Monday evening, which features nine home matches and nine away matches.
"The 2023 schedule has us competing against opponents from many different conferences," said da Luz. "It is designed to challenge our team and prepare us for post season play. Our Alumni Reunion Weekend (Aug. 18-20) will be a fun event culminating with a game against Army on Sunday, coached by our Wake Forest Alum, Tracy Chao. I'm excited about our returning team and hope our fans will get behind us."
