Wake Forest has another Big Four opportunity on Saturday.
DURHAM, N.C. – On the road to start the first of two final regular-season weeks, No. 24 Wake Forest women's tennis visited Big Four foe Duke University on Thursday evening (April 6) in nearby Durham. The No. 6 Blue Devils ended victoriously in the contest on a 4-0 decision.
The Demon Deacons moved to a 4-6 overall mark in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), now at 14-10 overall this spring.
Four more tests make up the remainder of Wake Forest's 2023 regular season before the conference tournament begins on April 19.

From the Head Honcho
"Tough one today," said head coach Jeff Wyshner. "There's a reason they (Duke) are No. 6 in the country. We played some good tennis at moments in some spots, but it wasn't enough. I was pleased with some of the progress we're seeing in our freshmen in both doubles and singles. Another tough one is coming up on the road during Saturday, facing No. 1"
