Wake Forest University has several gameday strategies, and health and safety protocols in place to ensure all fans have a great experience at Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium.
With the overwhelming excitement for Demon Deacons football in the Winston-Salem and Triad communities, Wake Forest Athletics is excited to announce that Allegacy Federal Credit Union Stadium is sold out! This marks Wake Forest's eighth sellout crowd since the 2021 season. Additionally, this is the third sellout crowd this season.
If you are interested in purchasing limited standing room only tickets for Saturday's game against Georgia Tech, call the Wake Forest Ticket Office at 336-758-3322 for more information.
The game will kickoff at 6:30 p.m. and will be broadcasted on The CW.

2023-24 Women's Basketball Team to be Honored on the Field
During the first quarter of Saturday's game, the Wake Forest women's basketball squad will be recognized on the field after a historic first season under head coach Megan Gebbia that included a memorable three-day run at the ACC Tournament and a run to the second round of the WNIT.
During Gebbia's first season:
Additionally from 5:15-6:00 p.m., the team will be signing autographs and meeting with Deacon Nation in the DEACTOWN Fan Zone.

During the first quarter of Saturday's game, the Wake Forest women's soccer team will be honored on the field after starting the 2023 campaign with an impressive 6-1-1 ledger. The Demon Deacons recently ended non-conference play unbeaten for the third-consecutive season and are entering ACC play, winners in five of their last six contests.
Early-Season Highlights:
During the second quarter of Saturday's game, the Wake Forest men's tennis team will take the field to be recognized after an impressive 2023 spring campaign, which culminated in the program's 10th-straight NCAA Tournament appearance.
The Demon Deacons recently started their 2023 fall slate last weekend, hosting the Wake Forest Invitational and traveling to the South Carolina Invitational.
Need to Know:
Deacon Fans, be sure to take a look into the sky during the national anthem on Saturday as the RV Bandit team will be flying over Allegacy Federal Credit Union Field during the end of the national anthem.
Friday Night Fireworks
Join Wake Forest Athletics for its traditional firework show before every Demon Deacon home football game. The five-minute show will begin at approximately 8:15 p.m. on Friday at the Athletics throws field behind McCreary Football Field House following the Wake Forest soccer game.

- Jones, who was recently named the 2023 Burroughs Wellcome Fund North Carolina Teacher of the Year, joined Chapel Hill High School in 2006 after earning her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Wake Forest.
- The Harnett County native also serves as co-coordinator of Chapel Hill High's AVID program. According to the press release from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, the program helps integrate its equity-focused values into the overall school culture by collaborating with faculty and keeping in touch with students and parents.
- She also serves as an equity team leader for her school and on the district's instructional planning team. She previously was lead teacher for the school's English 10 professional learning community, focusing on best practices and student performance, and beyond Chapel Hill High, she was an area coordinator for Governor's School West, where she also taught for 12 years.
- As Teacher of the Year, she will spend the next school year traveling the state as an ambassador for the teaching profession as supported by Burroughs Wellcome Fund and the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
- Jones also will serve as an advisor to the State Board of Education for two years and as a board member for the NC Public School Forum for one year.
2023-24 Women's Basketball Team to be Honored on the Field
During the first quarter of Saturday's game, the Wake Forest women's basketball squad will be recognized on the field after a historic first season under head coach Megan Gebbia that included a memorable three-day run at the ACC Tournament and a run to the second round of the WNIT.

- 17 wins tied the most since the 2011-12 season
- Tallied the most wins against ACC opponents by a first-year head coach and the most wins overall under a first-year coach
- Wins over four NCAA Tournament teams including wins over two Elite Eight teams
- Grabbed 12 wins at home, the fourth-highest total in program history
- Finished second in program history with 227 threes made
- Ended the season ranked fourth in program history with 123 blocks
- Held ACC opponents at home to just 19.2 percent shooting from three
- Limited five of nine ACC teams at home to one or less three-pointer made

2023 Wake Forest Women's Soccer Team to be Recognized on the Field
During the first quarter of Saturday's game, the Wake Forest women's soccer team will be honored on the field after starting the 2023 campaign with an impressive 6-1-1 ledger. Early-Season Highlights:
- Wake Forest has been led by sophomore forward Caiya Hanks, as she's tallied four goals and three assists this season – which ranks eighth and ninth in the ACC, respectively. Junior midfielder Nikayla Small has also had an excellent start to the 2023 campaign, as she ranks second in the ACC in assists with a team-high six.
- Head coach Tony da Luz is one win shy of reaching 100 ACC wins and 300 wins at Wake Forest.
- As a team, the Demon Deacons currently rank third in the ACC in shots and fifth in goals. Additionally, the Deacs have shined defensively, ranking third in the league in goals-against-average.

- Parking will be available to purchase on gameday at the LJVM Coliseum lots on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking will be $30 per space for Wake Forest's matchup against Vanderbilt.

- Additional parking options include free parking at 2400 Reynolda Road with multiple shuttles providing transportation to and from the drop-off and pickup area located in front of the entrance to the fairgrounds.

- In 2022, Athletics announced the return of the Deacon Walk before every home football game.
- The Deacon Walk will begin approximately two and a half hours before kickoff at the corner of Deacon Blvd and Piccolo Lane.

- Allegacy Stadium will shine brighter this season with the addition of new LED stadium lights, to be installed by Musco, an industry leader in the design, manufacturing and installation of sports lighting solutions. Replacement of the old light banks with energy efficient LED light reflects Wake Forest's sustainability efforts and also improves dependability for both the record setting crowds in attendance but also ABC, ESPN and ACC Network national television audiences. And, the new technology will enable exciting multi-color light shows to enhance the moment every time the Deacs "Open the Gates" prior to kick-off and in big moments throughout the game!
- Handrails Between Sections & Stairs on Deacon Hill
- To make it easier for all fans to get to their seats handrails will be installed in all stadium aisles in both the west and east side stands.

- Student Section Seating
- Starting in 2022, student section seating has now moved from the upper section of 17 to the lower section of 17. Student Section seating now includes all of section 20, 19, 18 and the lower section of 17.
- Gameday Shuttle Pick Up and Drop Off
- Wake Forest Athletics is proud to provide complimentary transportation for every home game to ensure all students have a safe and easy option to get from campus to Allegacy Stadium. Student shuttles will start running three and a half hours prior to the game with pickup locations on campus in Lot P behind Wait Chapel and Poteat Residence Hall. The pickup and drop off location at Allegacy Stadium is located behind the Wake Forest indoor tennis center on Shorefair Drive.
- Rideshare Program
- Students electing to ride share with Uber or Lyft will need to instruct their drivers to the appropriate pick up and drop off locations. The appropriate rideshare location at Allegacy Stadium is the Green Lot outside of the Indoor Tennis Center (ITC). When using a rideshare service on gameday please enter the following address: 100 W 32nd St Winston-Salem, NC 27105. This is the address of the Indoor Tennis Center and will get you where you need to be faster.
- Rideshare vehicles should enter the Green Lot from 32nd street, drop off in front of the indoor tennis facility and exit the Green Lot onto Shorefair Drive.
- Screamin' Demon Rewards
- Screamin' Demon Rewards is the FREE student program that rewards attendance at Wake Forest athletic and additional campus events. Download in the app store here.
- To claim tickets for an event, simply click on the event you wish to attend from the "Events" tab, and select "Claim Ticket". For Football, tickets will be available to claim at 12 pm, 5 days prior to kickoff. For all other sports, ticket claims will be available 48 hours before the event start time.
- DEACTOWN Student Tailgate
- The free DEACTOWN Student Tailgate is BACK. This revamped space behind the East stands of Allegacy Stadium was developed in partnership with student leaders, members of the Wake Forest faculty, the Wake Forest Office of Student Life, Wake Forest Office of Diversity and Inclusion, University Advancement, and the Office of Alumni Engagement. The space will open for students three hours prior to kickoff, where they will enjoy an elevated tailgate experience featuring a stage with live music and a large video screen to watch games from around the country. Additionally, free food opportunities will be available from local food trucks for students while supplies last, while additional food will be available for purchase.
