From Coach Smart
"I felt we played with good energy from the jump tonight and did not let much affect us," said head coach Randi Smart. "We have a lot of respect for Clemson and their staff – it was an honor to bring both sides together for this year's 'Dig Pink' match for some competitive volleyball. Offensively, we did some things quite well and I loved the fight that Paige played with through the entire match. It was great to recognize Olivia Franke pregame – she has done so much for this program and we are proud to be able to coach her. Sunday will be a big opportunity for us. It is time to shift that focus."
