The talented attacking threat is coming off an impactful first collegiate season, earning Freshman of the Year honors and being an All-Region selection.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Wake Forest men's soccer has announced the addition of Harvey Sarajian – one of the most sought after transfer targets – to the team's roster.
Sarajian is coming off a decorated freshman season at Georgia Southern, earning numerous honors including being the 2024 Sunbelt Freshman of the Year, an All-Sun Belt first-team selection and being one of only seven freshmen in the country to earn United Soccer Coaches All-Region status.
"Excited to add a versatile and experienced attacking player to this very special group," said head coach Bobby Muuss. "His athleticism and his ability to beat players in the final-third will be a great asset to the front of our team. I'm looking forward to him being on campus and getting him adjusted to the system."
During the 2024 season, Sarajian appeared in 17 matches with 16 starts, recording 14 points via four goals and six assists in more than 1,000 minutes of action. His six assists were a team-high while his 14 points were most by a freshman in program history.
He was the first member of the Georgia Southern program to earn All-Sun Belt first-team honors since 2020, helping guide the Eagles to their first Sun Belt Tournament appearance in four years.
The Naples, Fla., native twice recorded three points in a match, collecting a goal and an assist against both the College of Charleston and West Virginia.
He recorded his first-career goal in a 4-1 victory over North Florida and also tallied the game-winning strike in a win over UCF.
Following the season, Sarajian was named a United Soccer Coaches All-Southeast Region second-team selection.
Sarajian will be a mid-year enrollee for the Demon Deacons, joining Tate Lorentz and Chandler Young on campus in January.
