Jones Named 2025 McDonald’s All-American Game Nominee

CHICAGO, Ill. – Wake Forest women's basketball 2025 signee Caitlyn Jones was named a 2025 McDonald's All-American Game Nominee, as announced on Wednesday.
The Rolesville, N.C. native who signed with the Demon Deacons in November led her high school to a state championship last season and has been a multi-time All-State selection. She was one of just nine players from the state of North Carolina to be nominated for the game.
Jones highlighted a strong class of four future Demon Deacons that signed with Wake Forest in November and will begin their careers beginning in the 2025-26 season.
This marks the fourth McDonald's All-American Game Nominee who has signed with Wake Forest in the Megan Gebbia era.

- As a sophomore, Jones averaged 18.1 points per game, 4.2 assists per game, 4.0 rebounds per game and 4.4 steals per game.
- Over the last two seasons alone, Jones has over 1,000 career points while also having more than 250 rebounds, more than 250 assists and more than 250 steals.
- Reigning NAC 6 Player of the Year in 2023-24 while also earning NAC Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2022-23.
- Earned All-Conference honors as a sophomore and junior while also being named to First Team All-District 5 as a junior.
