
Wake Forest Women’s Golf Signs Three for 2026

The class features two international talents and a 2025 AJGA 1st Team Rolex All-American.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest women's golf Tony and Vi Golding head coach Kim Lewellen and Lyons Family associate head coach Ryan Potter have announced the signing of Benedicte Brent-Petersen, Vidhi Lakhawala and Havanna Torstensson for 2026.

Havanna Torstensson | Halmstad, Sweden
- Member of the Swedish National Team
- Member of the 2024 Ping Junior Solheim Cup Team
- 2024 R&A Girls Amateur Champion
- Earned a fourth-place finish at the 2025 Annika Invitational Europe
- Participated in the 2025 Augusta National Women's Amateur
Vidhi Lakhawala | Kendall Park, N.J.
- 2025 AJGA 1st Team Rolex All-American
- Won the 2025 Western Junior Championship
- Won the 2025 AJGA Will Lowery Championship
- Earned a second-place finish at the 2025 Dye Junior Invitational
- Was a 2025 AJGA Wyndham Cup participant
Benedicte Brent-Petersen | Hellerup, Denmark
- Member of the 2025 Junior Ryder Cup Team
- Member of the 2024 Junior Solheim Cup Team
- Took a first-place finish in 2025 European Nations Cup
- Shot eight under (73-65) to become a medalist at the 2025 R&A Girls Amateur Championship and advanced to the round of 16
- Placed 15th at the 2025 European Ladies Amateur Championship
