Wake Forest Facing No. 2 Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium

The Demon Deacons will look to even the regular season series with the Blue Devils.

DURHAM, N.C. - The Wake Forest men's basketball team (20-9, 12-6 ACC) will play its final regular season road game on Monday evening, facing No. 2 Duke (26-3, 17-1 ACC) at Cameron Indoor Stadium.

The Big Four showdown will be televised nationally on ESPN with a tip time of 7 p.m.

With two regular season games remaining, the Deacs are in fourth place in the conference standings and will be looking to match the program record of 13 ACC regular season victories set three previous times during the 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2021-22 seasons.

Last Time Out
Concluding a two-game homestand, the Deacs defeated Notre Dame by a final of 74-71 for their 20th win of the season.

With the result, Wake Forest is now one of only six programs nationally to have won 60 or more home games over the last four seasons, joined by Houston, Duke, Saint Mary's, Grand Canyon and Kentucky.

Additionally, the Demon Deacons have claimed their 12th ACC victory on the season, marking the eighth time Wake Forest has won 12 or more ACC games in a single season and the second time in four seasons.

Overall, the Deacs have claimed 46 ACC regular season victories since the 2021-22 campaign, tied for the most over a four-year span in program history.

Success On The Road
Six of the Deacs' 12 ACC victories have come on the road this season, as Wake Forest has traveled to Syracuse, Miami, Virginia Tech, Stanford, Cal and SMU and won.

The six ACC road victories are tied for the most in program history alongside the 1996-97 team.

In February, Wake Forest became the first – and only – ACC program to sweep the West Coast trip with victories at Stanford and Cal in a four-day span. Additionally, the Deacs defeated SMU in Dallas the next weekend.

A Look At The Standings
Heading into its Monday matchup at Duke, Wake Forest is fourth in the ACC standings as the Deacs hold head-to-head tiebreakers over SMU and North Carolina.
