From Coach Hulsmeyer
"Tonight was a great team effort," said head coach Jeff Hulsmeyer. "I was proud of the way our players represented our program and Wake Forest, bringing a lot of determination and focus to the match. I felt this was a good one for us to start playing a bit slower, because we were putting a lot of pressure on our opponent. They didn't let off the gas. The crowd was definitely inspiring for the team – we have such a great venue and support from our fans. Also, honoring our 1975 team is just all part of that In Her Wake initiative that we are super excited to be able to continue to build on."
