The event will take place on Feb. 14 at Spry Stadium.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Wake Forest men's soccer will once again unite the Demon Deacon community for a meaningful cause when the program hosts its annual Goal-A-Thon on Saturday, February 14, 2026, benefiting Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest North Carolina.
Entering its sixth-consecutive year, the Goal-A-Thon invites fans, alumni and families to pledge donations tied to the team's efforts on the field. Wake Forest men's soccer alumni and current players will compete in a series of small-sided matches until 100 total goals are scored, creating an exciting, fast-paced environment with a purpose. As a thank you for your support, anyone who donates $125 or more will receive an exclusive Walking Deacon Soccer tumbler.
Supporters are encouraged to make a pledge toward their favorite player, a member of the coaching staff or directly to the men's soccer excellence fund. The minimum donation is $25 and a portion of proceeds raised will be presented from the program to Second Harvest Food Bank, helping fight hunger across the region. The program has set a fundraising goal of $20,000 for this year's event. Fans willing to donate can do so here.
"Goal-A-Thon has become one of our favorite annual traditions," said head coach Bobby Muuss. "It brings our alumni, players and community together while supporting families who rely on the incredible work of Second Harvest. We're proud to continue playing our part."
Second Harvest Food Bank serves communities throughout Northwest North Carolina by providing meals, resources and support to families facing food insecurity. Funds generated through the Goal-A-Thon will help expand access to nutritious food across the region.
