WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - Following a strong opening to the fall slate at the ITA Men's All-American Championships last month, the Wake Forest men's tennis team returns to action this week at the 2026 ITA Carolina Regional in Columbia, S.C., hosted by South Carolina.
The event will run from Thursday, Oct. 8 through Monday, Oct. 12 at the Carolina Tennis Center, with Wake Forest sending four Demon Deacons to compete in singles action.
The ITA Carolina Regional provides another opportunity for Wake Forest student-athletes to compete against some of the top players from across the Carolinas and earn a spot at the NCAA Championships.
The singles draw will feature two rounds of qualifying on Thursday before a 64-player main draw gets underway Friday, with players battling throughout the tournament for the regional title and an opportunity to book their ticket to the NCAA Individual Championships by reaching the final.
