The Demon Deacons played to a 1-1 draw against UNCG during the night slate.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Carolina Cup once again delivered a highly successful championship-style event at Spry Stadium, blending elite competition with a strong home atmosphere for Wake Forest.
With over 1,000 fans in attendance and multiple professional scouts on site, the finale reinforced the event's growing prominence while providing the Demon Deacons a marquee opportunity to compete in front of their home crowd.
On the field, the day featured a series of tightly contested matchups across the board. The championship saw North Carolina edge Virginia Tech, 2-1, to claim the title, while other results included a 2-2 draw between High Point and South Carolina, Duke downing UNCW in penalties following a scoreless draw, and NC State earning a 3-1 win over Campbell.
