WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Wake Forest baseball team had 12 student-athletes named to the All-ACC Academic Team, as announced by the league office Tuesday.
The 33 honors over the past three seasons are the most for a three-year stretch in program history. Additionally, the 12 honorees were tied for the fourth most in the conference this year.
The Wake Forest honorees include five Demon Deacons who have been named to the team twice.
The 2026 ACC Baseball All-Academic Team features 169 student-athletes from the league's 16 programs.
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team include a 3.0-grade point average for the previous two semesters and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career, while being enrolled at the institution for at least one year and being classified as an undergraduate student. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's athletic contests.
