Demon Deacons Announce Team Captains for 2026 Season

Becca Bellows, Patrycja Lagida and Sanaa Williams were all named captains for the 2026 season.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wake Forest volleyball head coach Jeff Hulsmeyer has named a trio of team captains ahead of the 2026 volleyball season.
The three team captains for the 2026 season are redshirt senior middle blocker Sanaa Williams, senior outside hitter Patrycja Lagida and junior setter Becca Bellows.
The Demon Deacons are set to open their season on Friday, Aug. 28 at LSU as part of a two-game tournament, before returning to Varsity Arena for their home opener against Davidson on Friday, Sept. 4 at 6:30 p.m.

- Led the Demon Deacons with 111 blocks on the year.
- Recorded a season-high 10 blocks against Florida State
- Finished the season with 145 kills, including a season-high nine against a top-10 Louisville team.
