TOLEDO, Ohio. - After two rounds at the Inverness Intercollegiate, Wake Forest men's golf team sits in 15th and 31-over-par.
Senior Kyle Haas posted the low round for the Deacs today at three over, with junior Jorge Hao two strokes behind at five over. Both sit inside the top-50 through 36 holes.
Sophomore Lorenzo Rodriguez improved from yesterday going two-over with four birdies on the back nine to match Hao at seven over after two rounds. Senior Nick Prieto recorded a seven-over with two birdies on the back nine.
The Demon Deacons have totaled 23 birdies across the two rounds, with Prieto supplying the most of the Deacs with seven.
Round Three Next
The final round will begin at 8 a.m. ET with live scoring available via Scoreboard. Wake Forest will tee off with Nolan Harper at 8:50 a.m, Nicholas Prieto at 9 a.m., Jorge Hao at 9:10 a.m., Lorenzo Rodirguez at 9:20 a.m., and Kyle Haas rounds out the Deacs at 9:30 a.m.
