Deacs Wrap Up Final Day at Inverness Intercollegiate

Junior Nolan Harper led the Deacs at one over par.
TOLEDO, Ohio. - After the final round at the Inverness Intercollegiate, Wake Forest men's golf team finished in 15th and 44-over-par.
Junior Nolan Harper posted the low round for the Deacs today at one over, with junior Jorge Hao one stroke behind at two over. Hao earned a top-50 spot after all three rounds.
Sophomore Lorenzo Rodriguez recorded a six over par today with two birdies on the back nine. Senior Nick Prieto recorded a four-over with a birdie on the back nine.
The Demon Deacons totaled 32 birdies throughout the entire tournament, with Prieto supplying the most of the Deacs with eight.
Next Up
The Deacs will head to the Highlands Invitational in Chicago on September 21 to compete in a two-day, three-round competition.
