ProDeacs: Week Three

Running back Kenneth Walker III recorded his second multi-touchdown game of the season to headline this week of ProDeacs.
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – ProDeacs made its triumphant return during Week Three of the 2026 NFL season, highlighted by Kenneth Walker III continuing to shine in another win for the Chiefs, as well as Kobie Turner and Justin Strnad battling it out in primetime.
Walker III Continues to Shine in Kansas City
Running back Kenneth Walker III continued to shine with the Kansas City Chiefs as he helped guide the Chiefs to a 24-10 win over the Miami Dolphins to remain undefeated.
Walker recorded his second multi-touchdown game of the season as he totaled 70 yards and a touchdown on the ground, as well as two receptions for three yards and a touchdown. Walker opened the scoring on a 10-yard rushing touchdown on the first drive of the game. He would find the end zone once again at the 12:58 mark in the second quarter as he hauled in a five-yard touchdown pass from Patrick Mahomes.
Walker has proven to be one of the top running backs in the NFL this season, having totaled a league-leading 360 rushing yards on 65 attempts. Additionally, his 5.5 yards per carry ranks fifth in the NFL and his two touchdowns sits inside the top-10 this season.
Turner, Strnad Battle on Sunday Night Football
The third week of the NFL season featured another marquee matchup between two former Demon Deacons, as defensive lineman Kobie Turner and the Los Angeles Rams faced linebacker Justin Strnad and the Denver Broncos on Sunday Night Football. Ultimately, Strnad and the Broncos earned a 30-26 win over Turner and the Rams.
Strnad continued his hot start to the season as he totaled four solo tackles against the Rams, including a tackle for loss. Through the first three games of the season, Strnad has totaled 14 tackles, including eight solo efforts.
On the other side, Turner played a major role for the Rams' defense, as he finished the game with five tackles, including three solo efforts. He also put pressure on the Denver backfield multiple times throughout the game, including a bull rush that led to an interception in the fourth quarter.
