Career Overview
Took the hill in multiple roles during his collegiate career, starting two games in 2021 as well as serving as the Deacs' closer during the shortened 2020 season... Tallied a 2-1 record in 10.1 career innings (seven appearances), striking out 19 batters... Signed a free agent contract with the Milwaukee Brewers on July 20, 2021.
2021 (Redshirt Freshman)
Made starts versus Northeastern (Feb. 21) and Notre Dame (Feb. 28) before missing the remainder of season due to injury. Fanned a career-high five batters in each appearance.
2020 (Redshirt Freshman - Season shortened by COVID-19)
Grabbed hold of the closer role and was stellar in that position, holding a 2-0 record, 1.80 ERA and a save ... Allowed just one hit and one walk over 5.0 innings while striking out nine ... Earned the win in his collegiate debut with a 1-2-3 ninth inning and two strikeouts against Seton Hall (Feb. 14), as Wake Forest hit a walk-off homer in the bottom of the ninth ... Picked up the save with a 1-2-3 inning against Illinois (Feb. 16), striking out two more ... Also recorded 1-2-3 innings against Sacred Heart (March 3) and Coastal Carolina (March 11) ...
