Joined Wake Forest as a graduate transfer and earned an M.S. degree in management ... Was on his way to a standout season, batting .377 with five doubles, three homers and 12 RBIs ... Led the team in hitting and on-base percentage (.462), tied for the lead in doubles and slugging (.642), and was second in RBIs ... Played in 17 games with 16 starts, 12 of them at third base and four behind the plate ... Blasted a ninth-inning walk-off homer to beat No. 3 Louisville (March 7) ...
