Outdoor: Earned All-American Honorable Mention by placing 11th at the NCAA Outdoor Championship in the 5000m ... Grabbed a sixth place finish at the NCAA East Prelims to earn a bid to the NCAA Outdoor Championship ... Secured a fifth place finish at the Virginia Challenge.
Cross Country: Became the first Demon Deacon to earn All-America honors in back-to-back years in program history with his team leading 19th place finish ... Earned All-Region with his fourth place finish at the Southeast Region Championship, picking up the first in program history since 1993.

Outdoor: Set a new PR in the 1500m (3’39.87) at the Tobacco Road Challenge…Placed second in the 5000m at the ACC Championships with a time of 13:30.84…Finished 23rd in the 5000m at the NCAA Division I Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor: Competed at two meets for Wake Forest...set a program record and finished eighth (first among ACC) in the men's 5k with a time of 13:48.16 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 29)...set a personal best in the 1500m (3:49.33) at the Virginia Challenge (Apr. 19).
Indoor: Ran at three regular season meets...Earned his first collegiate victory at the Bob Pollock Invite (Jan. 25) in the men's 3k with a time of 8:08.98....set a PB in the mile (4:04.71) at the Iowa State Classic (Feb. 8-9)...earned second team All-ACC honors in both the 3k and 5k at the conference championships in Blacksburg, Va. (Feb. 21-23).
