Outdoor: Set a personal best in the 5000m, placing 21st at the ACC Outdoor Championship ... Placed second at the Charlotte Invite with a personal best in the 1500m ... Secured fourth place finishes at both Duke Invite and Charlotte 49ers Classic in the 1500m.
Indoor: Opened the season with a third place finish in the mile at the Camel City Invitational (2/4) … Placed fourth in the 1000 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/11).
Cross Country: Placed sixth and set a new personal best in the 5K at the Chanticleer Challenge (10/29) … Ran in both the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/29) and the NCAA Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (11/12).
2020 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Ran the opening 1200m leg of Wake Forest’s ACC Champion distance medley relay team … Helped the team to three DMR victories in 2020 … Team set a school record of 11:08.40 in winning the ACC Championship … Team qualified for the NCAA Championship, but the meet was canceled due to the Coronavirus pandemic … Had Wake Forest’s best performance in the 1000m with a 2:51.78 at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/17) … Posted three of the top four mile times on the team in 2020, all under 4:45 … Won the mile at the Camel City Invitational (2/7) with a 4:45.83 … Season-best 4:43.60 at the Bob Pollock Invitational … Posted four of the top six mile times on the team in 2019-20.
