Outdoor: 
Started the season with a 17th place finish and new personal best in the 5000 at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 13:53.16…Picked up back-to-back wins at the Duke Invite and Virginia Challenge both in the 1500m event ... Made his impact on the program by winning the conference title in the men's 1500-meter,  winning the first outdoor ACC individual title since Robert Heppenstall won the 800-meter event in 2016 ... He came-from-behind in the final straight away to claim the first Wake Forest student-athlete to claim the ACC title in the 1500-meter event since Nathan Sisco in 2001 ... Continued his tremendous season by advancing to the NCAA Outdoor Championship 1500-meter final, posting a 3:37.65 mark, breaking his previous school record of 3:38.34 ... Placed fourth overall in the NCAA Outdoor Championship semifinal, earning his spot in the 1500-meter final ... Wrapped up an incredibly successful season, earning First Team All-America honors after finishing fourth in the 1500-meter final ... First Wake Forest outdoor All-American since Robert Heppenstall in 2018 and the first 1500-meter All-American since Kyle Graves in 2015, second 1500-meter All-American in school history.

Indoor: Started the season with a 4th place finish and new PR in the 3000 at the Bob Pollock Invitational with a time of 7:55.79…Placed 6th and set a new PR in the Mile at the Camel City Invitational with a time if 4:01.25
 
Cross Country: Began the season setting a new PR in the 8K with a time of 24:05.0 at the FSU/Invite…Finished 23rd at the ACC Cross Country Championships…Placed 17th and set a new PR in the 10K at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships…Ended the season with an 88th place finish at the NCAA Division One Cross Country Championships.
