'Ryan has been battling some arm issues since last spring. We know it[apos]s in there, as Ryan has been seen as high as 94 with good velocity on his breaking ball. It[apos]s simply a matter of getting him healthy and cleaning up his delivery. Unless something dramatic changes Ryan will likely redshirt this season.'
