Nick Zinani joined the Wake Forest sports performance staff in 2017 after spending the previous year at NC State.
Zinani was elevated to the role of Assistant Director of Sports Performance prior to the start of the 2021 season.
A 2017 graduate of Long Island University with a master’s degree in athletic training, Zinani worked as an intern in both the sports medicine and sports performance areas in 2016-17. He focused on assisting football student-athletes in the proper form and technique in conditioning as well as developing long-term and short-term injury rehabilitation programs.
As an undergraduate at LIU, Zinani assisted in rehab and exercise programming for the football, softball and basketball student-athletes.
Zinani is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Athletic Trainer.
