· Sat out the season with a medical redshirt, retaining the year of eligibility
· Spent the season rehabbing his right knee after tearing his ACL during a high school game in January 2013
· Eventually was cleared to practice late in the season and played on the scout team

HIGH SCHOOL
· A 2013 graduate of Hargrave Military Academy in Chatham, Va.
· Played at Winston-Salem Prep before transferring to Hargrave for his senior year · Played on Hargrave's post-graduate team coached by former Demon Deacon A.W. Hamilton, who played at Wake Forest in 2001
