Indoor - Placed 13th in the mile at the ASICS Last Chance Invitational in her lone meet of the indoor season.
2025 (Sophomore)
Outdoor - Set a personal-best time of 2:12.96 to finish in 10th in the 800m at the Charlotte Invitational… Also placed 10th in the 1500m at the Charlotte Invitational, recording a time of 4:31.23.
Indoor - Finished in sixth place while setting a personal-best time of 4:51.12 in the mile at the Gamecock Challenge… Also placed fourth in the DMR at the Gamecock Challenge, with the relay team crossing the finish line at 11:58.40.
2024 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Recorded three top-10 finishes during the 2024 outdoor season … Placed 10th in the 1500 with a career-best 4:29.46 at the Charlotte Invitational … Placed 8th in the 1500 at the Duke Invitational, clocking a 4:39.87… Competed at the Wake Forest Invitational, setting a new career-best with a 17:39.90 in the 5000.
2023 (Freshman)
Cross Country: Delivered a strong performance at the XC23 College & Open (10/14), setting a new personal record with a time of 22:21.2 … Placed 122nd at the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/27) with a time of 22:41.9, contributing to Wake Forest's eighth-place finish … Earlier in the season, competed in the Covered Bridge Open (9/15), finishing 30th with a time of 18:26.7 and helping lead the Deacons to a first-place victory.
