Outdoor - Recorded the second-fastest time in program history in the 10,000m as he posted a time of 28:15.43 to place second at the Raleigh Relays… Recorded a time of 13:32.97 in the 5000m to finish runner-up at the Wake Forest Invitational and move into fourth on the program leaderboard.
Indoor - Finished in eighth place in the 5000m at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 13:41.40… Finished fourth in the 3000m while also setting a new personal-best time in the mile during the Gamecock Challenge… Moved into fourth on the Wake Forest all-time leaderboard in the indoor 5000m after crossing the line in 13:38.75 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.

Indoor: Opened the season at the Boston University Sharon Colyear-Daville Season Opener, finishing the 5000m race in 13:51.24 … Clocked 13:57.38 in the 5000m, en route to a 4th place finish at the ACC Indoor Championships.
2023 (Freshman)
Outdoor: Made his outdoor debut in the 1500m at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25).
Indoor: In his first indoor appearance, he finished sixth in the 3000m with an 8:09.68 at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (Feb. 10-11)... Finished fourth and ran a 13:57.38 in the 5000m at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 23-25)... Also, competed in the 3000m at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Cross Country: Set a personal best of 29:34.1 in the 10K at the NCAA Division | Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (11/10) and delivered a time of 30:23.5 at the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships (11/18) … Performed in the 8K at the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/27), achieving a personal best of 23:40.3
