Rachel Bowden came to Wake Forest in March of 2020 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. She primarily works with the Demon Deacons' volleyball and men's golf programs.
Bowden came to Wake Forest from the University of Louisville, where she was a Seasonal Assistant Athletic Trainer, working with the Cardinals' Track & Field and Cross Country Programs.
Bowden is a 2018 graduate of Franklin College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in exercise science with a minor in fitness. Bowden continued her education at Franklin College, receiving a Master’s of Science in athletic training in 2019.
A native of New Albany, Ind., she now resides in Winston-Salem with her husband Cody.
