An athletics administrator with a proven track record in collegiate event and facility operations, Jeff Dusin currently serves as Assistant Athletics Director for Event & Facility Operations at Wake Forest University. Dusin oversees all football and men’s basketball gameday operations.
With a strong focus on safety, fan experience and gameday operations, Dusin has developed and implemented comprehensive emergency operations protocols in partnership with state, local, and university emergency services. His leadership ensures seamless coordination of stadium operations, special projects, and high-profile events, impacting over 350,000 Wake Forest fans annually.
Before joining Wake Forest, Dusin served as Assistant Athletics Director for Internal Operations at Louisiana Tech University, where he led gameday operations for all 14 varsity sports and contributed to the athletics facilities master plan. He previously worked at the University of Central Florida, managing Olympic sport gameday operations, student staffing, and special facility projects.
Dusin has directed numerous conference and NCAA championships, including the NCAA Women’s Golf Winston-Salem Regional, NIT Men’s Basketball, and multiple AAC and NCAA Tennis and Volleyball tournaments.
A proud two-time graduate of Kansas State University, Dusin earned a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education. Originally from Phillipsburg, Kansas, he currently resides in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
