Baseball Adds Game to 1998 Schedule

WINSTON-SALEM, NC - Wake Forest has added another game to the 1998 baseball schedule, necessitated because of rainouts on previously scheduled game days.
The Demon Deacons will host Wingate on Tuesday, April 28 at 3 p.m. at Hooks Stadium on campus. The Bulldogs have already qualified for the NCAA Tournament by virtue of winning the South Atlantic League championship. The originally scheduled game between Wake Forest and UNC Asheville on April 28 has been cancelled.
Wake Forest previously added a home game against Liberty on Thursday, April 23 at 2:30 p.m. The Demon Deacons added a game at UNC Charlotte and will play the 49ers in a doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29 in Charlotte.
