We were excited about coming in here and playing good against North Carolina, and I think that is what it is all about. You come into this tournament and you know you are in the big time. You just have to remember that when you step out on the court it's just a game and you have to play hard.
I think this game was very important for us. And the attitude of our team coming into the game, you know, I think it was a winning attitude. We were getting down on the floor for loose balls, and going at it to get rebounds, it was very important for our team to do those things. It was a big win for us and I am very glad for everyone on the team. Finally I think we came together as a team.
A couple weeks ago we weren't playing good basketball and we kind of hit rock bottom and didn't have anywhere to go. We realized that and it was the turning point. Everybody kind of said let's go, we don't have anything to lose. We started playing better, and everybody, started playing harder. It worked for us and every game since then we have come out and played strong.
The next game is tomorrow and I haven't even really started thinking about it yet. I am just glad we won this one. I think that is what it is all about.
