Brendon & Loewenthal Stopped At All-American Championships

STONE MOUNTAIN, GA - Wake Forest men's tennis players Trent Brendon and David Loewenthal lost 8-2 to a team from Ohio State Tuesday morning in the first round of the ITA All-American Championships Qualifying Draw at the Lincoln Tennis Center.

The Demon Deacon duo won three straight matches in the Prequalifying Tournament of the ITA All-American Championships over the weekend to advance to the Qualifying Draw.

Wake Forest will return to action Oct. 12-14 when the Demon Deacons travel to Tampa Bay, FL to compete in the South Florida Fall Tournament. Results and tournament information on the ITA All-American Championships are available at itatennis.com.
