Women's Golf Travels to Landfall Tradition

Wilmington, N.C. - The Wake Forest women's golf team will compete in its final tournament of the fall season this weekend at the Landfall Tradition hosted by UNC Wilmington. The 54-hole event begins Friday and ends Sunday and will be played at the Country Club of Landfill's Pines-Ocean Course. The par is 72 and yardage is 6,070 yards.
Juniors Mandy Goins and Maggie Simons along with sophomore Laura Crawford and freshmen Nannette Hill and Jean Chua will compete in the tournament representing the Deacons.
The women's entries include host UNC Wilmington, along with Furman, Michigan, New Mexico, N.C. State, Penn State, Purdue, South Florida, Tulane, Tulsa, Virginia and Wake Forest.
