Volleyball travels To Virginia Tech And Virginia

Winston-Salem, NC - - The Wake Forest volleyball team will hit the road this weekend to face Virginia Tech and Virginia in a pair of Atlantic Coast Conference games, Friday and Saturday, respectively.

The Demon Deacons enter the weekend after a tough 3-0 loss to Duke on Tuesday night. However last weekend, Wake Forest held NC State to a .174 attack percentage and had two players with double digit kills en route to a 3-0 victory.

Last year against the Hokies, the Deacs split the two matches, defeating Virginia Tech 3-1 at home. Overall in the series, the Hokies lead, 20-4. Against Virginia, Wake Forest fell in both matches to give the Cavaliers a one game advantage in the series. If the Deacs win, they will even it to 14-14.

Both matches this weekend are set for 7 p.m.
