Columbus, Ohio -  Todd Paul's run at the National Indoor Championships ended in the quarterfinals with a loss to Ivan Puchkarov of Oklahoma State, 2-6, 7-5, 6-3. The result ends the fall season for the Demon Deacons.

Paul, a senior All-American ranked 13th nationally to begin the fall, wrapped up his season with an 11-2 mark, including a 6-2 record against nationally-ranked opponents.

Wake Forest looks ahead to the spring dual match season. The Deacons open their schedule on January 27 in Evanston, Ill., against the University of San Diego.
