No. 17 Netters Host 3 Weekend Matches

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The 17th-ranked Wake Forest men's tennis team will host three matches this weekend, beginning on Saturday at 10 a.m. with East Tennessee, followed by Brown at 3 p.m. and South Carolina on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Brown (6-3) recently swept a home doubleheader, topping Binghamton 5-2 and Rhode Island 7-0. Saturday's contest against the top 20 Deacons will be the Bears' highest ranked match-up so far this season.
ETSU (1-2) opened the season with two road losses at Southeastern Conference powerhouses Tennessee and Georgia. Most recently, the Bucs earned a 5-1 road win over Middle Tennessee in Murfreesboro.
South Carolina (6-0) is undefeated heading into their first road contest of the season on Sunday at the Indoor Tennis Center. The Gamecocks have had recent wins in Columbia, S.C. over North Carolina foes Davidson (6-1), Charlotte (6-1) and Appalachian State (6-1).
After opening the season 3-0, the Demon Deacons (3-2) had a rough road swing last weekend, dropping matches at No. 3 Ohio State (5-1) and Virginia Commonwealth (4-3).
