Women's Tennis Falls at Indiana, Notre Dame

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The No. 23 Wake Forest women's tennis team fell 4-3 to Indiana on Saturday and 6-1 to Notre Dame on Sunday. The Demon Deacons are now 8-3 for the 2009 dual match season.
On Saturday Wake Forest jumped out to an early leading, taking the doubles point over the Hoosiers. Demon Deacon sophomores Emilee Malvehy and Katarina Reveche added singles wins but Indiana rallied to take four victories to clinch the contest.
On Sunday Christian Tara posted the only Wake Forest victory of the night, defeating Kali Krisik at No. 4 with a 6-3, 7-6 (10-7) score.
The Demon Deacons will return to Winston-Salem on Saturday, March 7 to host North Carolina at 12 p.m.
