CLEMSON, S.C. - The final game of the Wake Forest-Clemson baseball series, originally scheduled for Saturday at 2 p.m. (ET), has been postponed due to inclement weather. The two teams will attempt to play the series finale on Sunday, March 15, at 1 p.m.
When the two teams do play the final game of the series, Wake Forest will be looking to avoid a sweep. The Tigers swept a doubleheader from Wake Forest, winning game one 4-1 and capturing game two 6-1.
Junior righty Phil Negus (1-0, 4.76) will take the mound for the Demon Deacons in the series finale, while Clemson will counter with freshman lefthander Chris Dwyer (1-0, 1.72).
