The game, which will tip-off at approximately 9:40 p.m. ET, will be broadcast by CBS. It will also be available on the Wake Forest ISP Radio Network.
Wake Forest enters the NCAA Tournament with a 24-6 overall record. The Deacons finished 11-5 in ACC regular season play and received the No. 2 seed in last week's conference tournament. The Deacs are making their 21st all-time NCAA Tournament appearance and their first since the 2004-05 season. Wake Forest is 27-20 all-time in NCAA Tournament play.
The Deacons have advanced to the Sweet 16 round 10 times, to the Elite Eight seven times and to the Final Four once (1962). Wake made it to the Sweet 16 the last time the Deacs were a No. 4 seed in 2004.
Cleveland State enters the NCAA Tournament at 25-10 overall. The Vikings finished 12-6 in the Horizon League and went on to win the conference tournament, upsetting regular season champion Butler in the title game. CSU is making its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1986.
Wake Forest and Cleveland State have never met previously. The Deacons have already played one Horizon League team this season, defeating Wright State 66-53 on Dec. 14. CSU split its two regular season matchups with Wright State this year.
